Section 12(3) in The M.P. Pariyojana Ke Karan Visthapit Vyakti (Punhsthapan) Adhiniyam, 1985
(3)Every person to whom any question is asked under sub-section (2) shall be legally bound to answer such question to the best of his knowledge or belief. A document giving such information or substance thereof signed by the person would be a conclusive proof of the correct position at the time of the census.
