Section 95(1) in The Corporation of the City of Panaji (Election) Rules, 2004
(1)If a fresh poll is held under rule 47, the Returning Officer shall, after completion of that poll, recommence the counting of votes on the date and at the time and place which have been fixed by the Commission in that behalf and of which notice had been previously given to the candidates and their election agents.
