Section 29(6) in The Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority (Conditions Of Service Of Officers And Other Employees) Regulations, 2000
(6)No officer and other employee who is not a "workman" within the meaning of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), shall resort to, or in any way abet, any form of strike or participate in any violent, unseemly or indecent demonstration in connection with any matter pertaining to his conditions of service or the conditions of service of any other officer and other employee of the Authority.
