Section 15(2) in The Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-A) Service Rules, 1988

(2)The authority empowered to impose penalties as specified in Rule 5 of Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Service (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1988 and the appellate authority thereunder in respect of the members of the Service shall be as specified in Appendix 'C'.
