ORDER
1. This Original Application is being considered by us for the first time today after having been received by transfer from the Principal Bench of this Tribunal.
2. This matter relates to an illegal sand mining being found to be in progress in Bhima River near Pandharpur in Solapur District in Maharashtra.
3. We have received today a letter dated 27.05.2024 (in Marathi language) from the office of District Collector, Solapur praying therein for impleadment as respondent in the present Original Application so that they may file full-fledged reply affidavit in this matter. We direct the Registry to implead the District Collector, Solapur as respondent in the present Original Application and thereafter, they shall file reply affidavit within a period of four weeks in English language.
