Section 10(1) in Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Rules, 2012
(1)The Knanoongo /Circle Inspector/Assistant Consolidation Officer concerned shall issue separate notices to the parties concerned for the disposal of claims /objections in Form-11 clearly mentioning therein the place, date and time of hearing besides a brief account of the claim/objection.
