SANJEEV KAUSHIK, MEMBER (J):
1. The present O.A. has been filed by the applicants seeking issuance of a direction to the respondents to implement the letter dated 04.02.1969 issued by the Govt. of Punjab and judgment passed in CWP No. 7213/2013 and IDR No. 568 of 1988 in toto and to revise their pay scales notionally from the date of their initial appointment according to their qualifications/category in terms of aforesaid letter in category IV to V.
2. After realizing that all the applicants have not submitted their representations to the respondents, learned counsel for the applicants prays that a week's time be granted, to enable 5- O.A. No.060/00726/2020 the applicants to file their detailed representations to the respondents based upon the judicial pronouncements in support of the plea. He also prays that a direction be issued to the respondents to consider and decide the representations to be filed by the applicants.
3. Considering the limited prayer noticed hereinabove, we give liberty to the applicants to move their detailed representations within a period of one week and the respondents are directed to consider their representations, if any filed within the stipulated period, and decide the same in accordance with Rules and Law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and a copy thereof be duly communicated to the applicants. MA No. 060/01010/2020 stands disposed of accordingly.
4. Needless to mention that we have not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. No costs.
