130E. Control and removal of Khatals.
- Subject to the provisions of any other law for the time being in force for removal of Khatals, the Development Authority may make regulations specifically for control of khatals within the area of Development Authority or removal of khatals therefrom.Chapter-XV Fire prevention and fire safety
