Let notice be issued upon the sole respondent under ordinary process as well as under registered cover with A/D, for which requisites etc. must be filed within a week, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.

In the meantime, the operation of the impugned order dated 23.3.2012 passed by the Chairman, Permanent Lok Adalat, Chatra in PLA Case No. 15 of 2011 arising out of Complaint Case no. 4/2009 shall remain stayed.
