Section 53(3) in Goa Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(3)The employer shall ensure that a driver of a vehicle of any class or description operating at a construction site of a building or other construction work holds a valid driving license under the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (Act No.59 of 1988).
