Section 15(1) in Chhattisgarh Regulation, Prohibition, Sale and Use of Acid Act, 2013
(1)If any person contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or contravenes the provisions of any rule made thereunder, he shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend upto one year or with fine which may extend upto twenty five thousand rupees or with both :Provided that any person previously convicted for an offence punishable under this sub-section and subsequently convicted of an offence punishable under this sub-section, shall be punished with imprisonment, which may extend upto two years or with fine, which may extend upto fifty thousand rupees or with both.
