For the State -respondent :- J.C. to G.A.

05/09.10.2017

I.A. No. 4890 of 2017 By way of present interlocutory application, the intervenor-applicant has sought intervention in the present writ petition on the basis of the fact that there is already an order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 25.01.2011 in W.P.C. no. 283 of 2011 (Annexure-A to the interlocutory application) passed in favour of Smt. Annapurna Devi, wife of the present applicant. However in course of argument, learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that it would be appropriate that Smt. Annapurna Devi herself file the intervention application. Learned counsel, thus, seeks permission to withdraw the present interlocutory application with liberty to file a fresh interlocutory application on behalf of Smt. Annapurna Devi.

In view of the said submission, I.A. No. 4890 of 2017 is disposed of as withdrawn.

W.P.(C) No. 3828 of 2014

.

Learned J.C. to G.A. submits that the counter-affidavit on behalf of the State-respondents has already been filed.

Put up this case after four weeks under the heading "for Admission".
