72. Ladders.

- All ladders used in replacing belts shall be specially made and reserved for that work and provided with hooks or an effective nonkid device. Ladders provided with hooks must have hooks fitted in such suitable position that they rest on the shaft when the bottom end of the ladder is resting on the floor.
