(3)All rules made under this Act shall be published [***] [Certain words omitted by the Devolution Act, 1920 (38 of 1920), section 2 and Schedule I.] in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted for Gazette of India by A.O. 1937]; and on such publication shall have effect if enacted in this Act.
