Section 2 in Bihar Flying Club (Appointment and Powers of Custodian) Rules, 1984
2. Definition.
- In these Rules unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context-(a)'Act' means the Bihar Flying Club Taking Over (Management and Control) Act, 1974;(b)all other words and expressions used in these Rules, but not specifically defined herein, have the same meanings as have been respectively assigned to them in the Act.
