ORDER
28-07-2025 With reference to our order dated 13.05.2025, learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter is pending consideration before the Supreme Court. And vide order dated, 14.06.2025, the Supreme Court has directed the chief Judicial Magistrate, who is in seisin of the Application No. 562/2024 to dispose of the same expeditiously and preferably within 08 weeks.
Accordingly, it is urged that the proceedings in the present case be deferred to await the decision of the said application.
