Section 11(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipal Tramways (Construction, Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2008
(1)Subject to the provisions of the order or of the agreement, as the case may be, the tramway operator may bus-contract to any person such part of its obligations, duties and functions relating to the development, construction, management, operation or maintenance of the tramway system, as the tramway operator may deem fit.
