82. Budget of the Authority.
- The Authority shall prepare every year to such form, a budget of the Authority in respect of the next financial year, showing the estimated receipt and expenditure under revenue head and capital head separately and submit it to the State Government not later than fifteen of February each year or as may be directed by the State Government for approval.
