Section 96(2)(i) in The Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Rules, 1955

(i)in the case of a displaced persons arriving in India after the introduction of the passport system, that is to say, the 13th day of October, 1952, by a true copy of the migration certificate or by a certificate issued by the High Commissioner for India in Pakistan that migration certificate had been only issued to the applicant
