Section 13(2) in The Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025
(2)No person shall—(a)knowingly assist such a foreigner to escape from custody or the place set apart for his residence, or knowingly harbour any such foreigner; or(b)give such a foreigner any assistance with intent thereby to prevent, hinder or interfere with the apprehension of such a foreigner.
