399. Newspapers in which advertisements or notice to be published.
- Whenever it is provided by or under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder that notice shall be given by advertisements in local newspapers or a notification or information shall be published in local newspapers such notice, notification or information shall be inserted in at least two newspapers of which at least one shall be in the regional language.D.
