Section 12(1) in Delhi Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Rules, 2008
(1)The District Judge shall have the power to transfer an application for claim from the file of one Claims Tribunal, before whom the application is pending, to any other Claims Tribunal, if-(a)the Claims Tribunal before whom the application is pending makes such a request on grounds, personal or otherwise; or(b)upon consideration of the application for transfer by any party to the application, the District Judge is satisfied, for reasons to be recorded in writing, that there are sufficient grounds to do so.
