Section 15(3)(i) in The Ombudsman Scheme for Non-Banking Financial Companies, 2018

(i)The NBFCs covered by the Scheme shall appoint Nodal Officers at their Head/ Registered/ Regional/ Zonal Offices and inform all the Offices of the Ombudsman about the same.
