Section 15C(1) in Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937
(1)The offences punishable under this Act with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and upwards shall be non-bailable and the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), with respect to non-bailable offences, shall apply to those offences.
