Section 7 in The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002
7. Term of office of the Members.
- The term of office of the members, other than the ex officio members, shall be three years;Provided that a person shall cease to be a member if he ceases to hold the office by virtue of which he is appointed or nominated, as the case may be, as a member.
