Section 4(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Modification of Provisions in their Application to the Scheduled Areas) Rules, 2011
(1)Secretary of Gram Panchayat shall be the Secretary of the Gram Sabha. In a situation where there are more than one Gram Sabhas in a Gram Panchayat, the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat shall be the Secretary of all the Gram Sabhas.
