(1)Government warehouse shall ordinarily be opened for six hours daily, but when necessary, may be kept open longer, the hours of opening and closure shall be fixed by the Deputy Commissioner in consultation with the Superintendent of Excise. In case of urgent necessity the Deputy Commissioner or the Superintendent of Excise may direct that a warehouse shall not be closed on any particular day.
