Facts:­ 

1. Applicant   submitted   RTI   application   dated   8   June   2012  before  the CPIO, North Delhi Municipal  Corporation  to obtain  information   regarding   non­payment   of   amount   by   the  Horticulture   Department   of   MCD   for   maintaining   parks   at   the  Rani Bagh Ward no 59 for the period January - June 2012.

2. Vide   CPIO   order   dated   15   June   2012   and   26   July   2012,  information   was   furnished   to   the   appellant   which   failed   to  satisfy him and appellant preferred appeal dated 1 August 2012  before the first appellate authority. 

3. Matter was disposed of vide FAA order dated 6 September  2012 vide which CPIO was directed to provide all the documents  to the appellant within 15 days.

4. Appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission. 

5. Matter  was heard today. Respondent  as above appeared in  person.   Appellant   has   not   appeared   but   has   submitted   letter  dated 12 June 2013 to the Commission stating that the issue of  his RTI application has since been resolved and that the case  may be treated as closed.

Decision notice Taking  cognizance  of the written submission of the appellant  who   has   clearly   stated   that   he   is   not   satisfied   and   is   not  wish to pursue the matter further, the appeal is dismissed as  withdrawn.
