(2)Supply of a copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association by the HO -(a)Any policyholder seeking a copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association or similar documents of an IIO under sub-section (3) of section 20 of the Insurance Act, 938, shall make an application to the ITO;(b)The IO may charge fee of not more than USD 5 (USD Five only) for providing copy of each such document and shall furnish the same within thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt of the applicable fee.
