Section 71(1) in Tripura Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules 1978
(1)The Chief Labour Officer or the Inspector or any other authority under the Act shall have powers to call for any information or statistics in relation to contract labour from any contractor or principal employer at any time by an order in writing.
