Section 9(1) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determining Capacity of Petroleum, Petroleum Products and Natural Gas Pipeline) Regulations, 2010
(1)If any dispute arises with regards to the interpretation of any of the provisions of these regulations, the decision of the Board shall be final;
