Section 7 in Bihar Contributory Provident Fund Rules, 1948

(1)Every subscriber shall subscribe monthly to the Fund when on duty, or, on Foreign Service.(2)A subscriber may at his option, subscribe during leave.(3)The option of a subscriber under sub-rule (2) shall be intimated to the Account Officer before the subscriber proceeds on leave and shall be final.
