      Mandal,    Badhal       area.   Raidurg Taluk,       Ananthapuramu         District is   illegal,
      arbitrary, set aside the same and consequently direct the respondent nos.2 to
      4 to delete the entries made in favour of the Respondent nos.5 {o 9 in respect
      of land in Sy.No.284 to an extent of Ac.No.13.30 cents and Sy.No.285 to an
      extent of Ac.No.39.20 cents of Kadlur Village, D. HirehaI Mandal, Badnal area,
      Raidurg Taluk, Ananthapuramu District by conduct fresh enquiry for making
      entries in. respect of the above state lands.
