(3)(a)The Director-General may, appoint examiners for carrying out examinations and assessment required under Schedule III and may also appoint a Board to conduct oral examinations and assessment, wherever necessary.(b)The examiners shall be selected on the basis of criteria specified for the purpose by the Director-General and the examination and assessment reports shall be submitted to the licensing authority in respect of any examination and assessment conducted for issue or renewal of a licence or endorsement of a rating on a licence.
