Section 66A(1) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(1)Where the population of a municipal area is above three lakhs there shall be constituted three Wards Committees each comprising such contiguous electoral wards as may be decided by the Council.
