Section 13(8)(c) in Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975

(c)Where in regard to the matters specified in subsection (7) and of this sub-section there is a difference of opinion between the local authority concerned and the Authority, the matter shall be referred to the Government, whose decision thereon shall be final.
