Section 76(1) in Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Act, 2010
(1)Notwithstanding anyting contained in any other provisions of this Act, the first set of all the Authorities of the University shall be nominated by the Chancellor as soon as may be after the publication of this Act in the Gazette.
