Section 19(1) in Punjab State Veterinary Council Rules, 1997
(1)When the counting of votes has been completed, the Returning Officer shall raw up a list of candidates in the order of highest votes polled by each and shall declare the result of successful candidates in the order according to the number of seats to be filled up.
