(1)Where the Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti intends to admit any person to any land referred to in section 125, it shall announce by beat of drum in the concerned Gram Panchayat area, at least 7 days before the date of meeting of the Samiti:-(a)the date, time and place of such meeting.(b)the number of plots to be allotted; and(c)the areas of such pots.
