(e)a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Ceylon and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda and the united Republic of Tanazania, (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar, Zambia, Malavi, Zarire and Ethipoia), with the intention, of permanently settling in India.
