280. Power of Medical Officer of Health to inspect places and take measure to prevent spread of dangerous disease.
- The Medical Officer of Health, or any other municipal employee authorised by him in this behalf, may at any time by day or by night, with out notice, or after giving such notice of his intention as may, in the circumstances appear to him to be reasonably, inspect any place in which any dangerous disease is reported or suspected to exist, and take such measure as he may think fit to prevent the spread of the said disease beyond such place.
