Section 15 in Central Road Fund Act, 2000

15. Repeal and saving.

(1)The Central Road Fund Ordinance, 2000 (Ordinance 5 of 2000) is hereby repealed.
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.The Schedule [I] [Renumbered by Finance Act, 2018 (Act No. 13 of 2018) dated 29.3.2018.](See section 3)

    Explanation.- For the purposes of theitem (j), the term "carpet area" shall have themeaning assigned to it in clause (k) of section 2 of the RealEstate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016).".
