Section 18 in The Punjab Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1963
18. Decision of disputes relating to works
. - Any dispute as to the execution of works under a scheme or the expenses incurred on the works or their maintenance and repair as referred to in section 16 or section 17 shall be decided by the Director whose decision shall be final.
