(2)The records relating to the requests referred to in sub-regulation (1) shall be retained by the distributor of television channels for a minimum period of three months from the date of receipt of such request from the subscriber and shall be furnished to the competent authority as and when called for:Provided that in the event of any complaint or dispute, such records shall be retained by the distributor till the final disposal of such complaint or dispute.
