11. Consequence of carrying of a motion for adjournment.
- If a motion for adjournment of the discussion is carried, such discussion shall stand postponed to the next meeting. If a motion for closure is carried, the substantive proposal or the amendment thereto, as the case may be, shall, subject to the right of the mover to reply, be immediately put to vote.
