Section 84(2) in The Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Rules, 1955
(2)Where the Regional Settlement Commissioner or the Settlement Officer, as the case may be, is satisfied that the applicant has established a prima facie case he shall make the applicant a party to the compensation:Provided that any such application which is frivolous, vexations us may be rejected summarily.
