Section 10 in The Orissa State Electricity (Supply) Rules, 1962
10. Term of office and conditions for re-appointment of the Council.
- The members of the Council shall hold office for such period arid shall on the expiration of their term of office, be eligible for reappointment under such conditions as the Government may, from time to time, by order, direct.
