CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIKAS MAHAJAN
ORDER
% 12.12.2022
1. The petitioners' grievance is that the grading system which has been adopted by the respondent is flawed, in response to which the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the grading system which was enforced is going to be replaced by a new grading system in the Academic Session 2023-24.
2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in so far as replacement of grading system is concerned, he has no objection to that but his only concern is that the applications of the petitioners seeking affiliation of their additional units, which have already been submitted to the respondents and have been rejected by the orders impugned in the instant writ petitions, may be re-considered by the respondents in light of the new grading system, instead of the petitioners being asked to file a fresh application.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to obtain instructions regarding the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. At request, renotify on 27.01.2023.
