Section 31(6) in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
(6)A member shall cease to be a delegate, if he (a)ceases to be a member of the society or of the affiliated society, or(b)resigns his office as a delegate or expires; or(c)where the member society withdraws from the membership of the Co-operative society to which the delegate has been sent.
