Section 114(1) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(1)An application for a search in respect of property situated in a village which has been transferred from one Sub-District to another, or in cases of more Sub-Districts than one, may be presented at any of the offices to which the village is or has been attached or in which the property or any portion of it is situated.
